My stay at Ravine Hotel had its ups and downs. The breathtaking view from my room was unforgettable, but I found the infrastructure in desperate need of an upgrade. While the staff showed warmth and hospitality, the slow service during breakfast and the worn-out facilities put a damper on my experience.
